In May the stars align for local foodies: Spring’s bounty plus dinners and events for Asheville Beer Week makes the next few weeks full of excitement for those who love food, beer or both.

Explore Asheville. Those of us who live here have even less excuse to stay at home.

Asheville Bites and Sips showcases local food and drink from some of Asheville’s finest restaurants and breweries and will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Wilma M. Sherrill Center at UNC Asheville on Thursday, May 17th.

Join us for Asheville Bites & Sips presented by Mission Health System: A casual evening celebrating local food and beer with a festival atmosphere. Tickets are $50 to enjoy food from 18 restaurants and beer from 7 breweries along with music and vendors.
